We're Sorry!

At this time,

You Don’t Qualify

We’re sorry! Your property does not currently qualify for HIP. Our program is limited in its geographic area but may expand to your neighborhood in the future. If you live in a new or recently remodeled home, please contact HIP staff using the “contact” link at the bottom of the page to determine your eligibility for HIP.

Please sign up for the update list (button below) if you would like to be updated as the program evolves. There are still many things you can do at home and around your yard to be a good steward of Lake Whatcom. Learn more by visiting the Lake Whatcom Management Program website or scrolling down for landscaping ideas.
